How much does Nesore cost?
Registration and lease management are always free. Publishing listings is currently free too, during the platform launch — a credit system will apply later, see Pricing above.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No. Registration does not require a credit card. You only pay for listing credits when you actually need them.
Who is Nesore for?
For landlords and tenants alike. Landlords manage properties, leases, invoices, and payments. Tenants track their lease, invoices, and report maintenance issues — all in one place.
How does communication with tenants work?
Directly in the app via built-in chat. You can communicate with tenants and listing inquirers without any external tools.
Is the lease a real rental contract and can I pay rent through the app?
No to both. The lease is only an in-app record, not a legally binding contract, and Nesore does not process any rent payments — those happen outside the app. See the Landlord/Tenant guide in How it works for details.
